- We welcome dogs and cats up to 75 lbs. All breeds are welcome.
- 3 pet maximum per home.
- First 2 pets = $50 pet rent per month per pet
- Third pet = $25 pet rent per month
- Minimum pet rent per month = $50
- Maximum pet rent per month = $125
